Free Autofill Forms

This is a great add-on I use with firefox and its completely free. Simply fill out the form once and whenever you need to fill out another form just press the pencil button and it will automatically shoot out your info in the designated sections.

You can also make customized profiles and switch back and forth incase you have more than 1 address.

There are also tons of features and settings you can use to make your experience more pleasurable.
